Stephanie Bostick, MA, LPC, NCC
Stephanie Bostick is a nationally board certified licensed professional counselor. She earned her master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling from Spring Arbor University after studying psychology as an undergraduate at Oakland University. Stephanie gained her experience in a wide variety of mental health settings, from inpatient psychiatric hospitals, partial hospitalization programs, and specialized substance abuse treatment to private practice. She has worked with individuals facing anxiety, OCD, depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD, PTSD, difficulty adjusting to life change, eating disorders, grief, stress, and addiction.
Stephanie takes a strengths-based, person-centered approach to therapy and coaching. Her practice is guided by the belief that people are naturally resourceful, resilient, and capable of generating solutions to their own problems when allowed to do so in a safe, supportive environment. She is passionate about helping clients to harness their unique talents, abilities, and resources to find peace in the midst of hardship and healing in the midst of pain. She uses a combination of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and other evidenced-based techniques to help clients achieve their desired outcomes. No matter the method of treatment, Stephanie is dedicated to providing a nonjudgmental listening ear and a counseling experience characterized by warmth, empathy, and genuine connection.
Stephanie is available for both in-person appointments at the Troy location and online appointments.

Bryan Holt, MA, LPC
Bryan is a licensed professional counselor who earned his master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling from Spring Arbor University after studying counseling psychology as an undergrad at Rochester University. Bryan’s mission is to create an environment for his clients that fosters growth and understanding of themselves. Since individuals and their problems are unique and diverse, the interventions and approaches designed to address them should be equally unique. Bryan utilizes an eclectic approach with an emphasis on cognitive behavioral techniques, transformational psychology, and solution- focused therapy to help his clients achieve their goals and overcome their issues.
Bryan provides services aimed at adults looking for help with identity transformation, self-esteem, depression, anxiety, spirituality, setting boundaries, social skills, emotional regulation, life coping skills, trauma, and couple's distress.
